Mattress Care
Always use the pillow with its Pillow cover.
Usage Guidelines:
Do not expose the mattress to direct sunlight, as it may cause damage. In case of accidental wetness, dry it under a fan.
Always use the Mattress with its protective cover or bedspread to prevent stains and soiling.
Avoid bending, folding, dragging, standing, or jumping on the Mattress, as it may cause damage. Keep the Mattress away from excessive moisture/humidity, extreme temperatures, or other harsh environmental conditions.
Please avoid removing any labels attached to your Mattress.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
Rotate the mattress every three months, alternating from head to toe. For longer durability, avoid sitting on the edges of the Mattress and refrain from habitual prolonged sitting in the same spot.
Every three months, you can use a Regular Vacuum Cleaner to remove dust or a UV Vacuum Cleaner to neutralize bacteria.

Avoid using any liquids or chemicals that may penetrate the mattress and cause damage. At the moment, Indofrench does not provide this service, but many Home cleaning services offer it.
Drying:
In case of flattening, gently tap the pillow by hand.
Liquid Spillage:
If a liquid spill occurs on the mattress, dry it under a fan.. Please note, we do not provide mattress protectors.HOWEVER WE DO PROVIDE AN IN-BUILT WATERPROOF PROTECTOR
Pillows
Usage Guidelines:
Do not remove the protective cover provided by the company.
Keep your pillow clean and use a pillow protector.
Do not tear the label on your pillow.
Avoid using any chemical cleaner on the pillow.
Protect the pillow from direct sunlight.
If the pillow gets wet, dry it under a fan only.
Do not fold the pillow.
